American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been placed in solitary confinement after an alleged disagreement with another inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix in New Jersey.
Reports state that the incident began as a verbal exchange before developing into a physical confrontation, prompting prison officers to step in and separate the two inmates.
Following the reported altercation, Diddy was transferred to a separate housing unit as authorities assess the circumstances surrounding the incident.
If prison officials determine that the rapper breached facility rules, the matter could lead to disciplinary proceedings, according to reports.
Diddy is currently serving a prison sentence after being convicted in 2025 on charges related to sex trafficking, resulting in a sentence of more than four years behind bars.
The reported incident comes as the rapper continues his time in federal custody, with prison authorities expected to determine whether any further action is required.
