Nigerian content creator and streamer Peller has challenged comedian and fellow content creator Carter Efe over his reported N15 million fee for an upcoming celebrity boxing match, saying he would demand N100 million to step into the ring.
Peller made the remarks in a social media video while responding to comments attributed to Carter Efe about the house reportedly gifted to him by businessman Emeka “E-Money” Okonkwo. He questioned the reported amount attached to Carter Efe’s boxing appearance and compared it with what he said he earns from TikTok livestreams.
“If you want me to fight, bring ₦100 million. I no fit fight for ₦15 million,” Peller said.
He also took a swipe at Carter Efe and singer Portable while explaining why he would not accept the reported boxing fee.
“I no be you and Portable, una too cheap,” the streamer added.
Peller’s comments come as Carter Efe prepares for another high-profile celebrity boxing contest. Carter Efe is scheduled to face rapper and social media personality Speed Darlington on October 1, 2026, at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos as part of Balmoral Promotions’ “Chaos in the Ring” series.
Carter Efe previously gained attention in the celebrity boxing circuit after defeating Portable by unanimous decision in May. The three-round contest ended with all three judges scoring the bout 30-27 in his favour. Businessman Emeka Okonkwo subsequently fulfilled a reported N50 million pledge made to Carter Efe for the victory.
Peller’s remarks have added another layer to the growing conversation around celebrity boxing in Nigeria, where entertainers and online personalities increasingly turn public rivalries and social media exchanges into live sporting events.
The development is significant because celebrity boxing has evolved into a growing entertainment attraction, combining influencer culture, competitive sport and commercial promotions.
With Carter Efe preparing for his October 1 bout, Peller’s N100 million demand remains a personal condition rather than a confirmed offer for a future fight. No boxing promoter has announced a proposed Peller bout at that fee.
