Guimarães recently signed a long-term contract with the Magpies that reportedly includes a release clause exceeding £100 million, highlighting the club’s determination to retain the 28-year-old. Newcastle view the Brazil international as a cornerstone of Eddie Howe’s squad following another impressive campaign in which he played a vital role in the club’s push near the top of the Premier League table.
