According to YouTube channel-tracking data updated on August 27, 2026, the singer’s official channel had accumulated about 4 billion views from more than 300 uploaded videos, alongside over 7 million subscribers.
A Burna Boy statistics account also reported that the singer had become the first Nigerian and first Sub-Saharan African artiste to reach the 4 billion-view mark on YouTube. However, the milestone is based on tracking data rather than a direct announcement from YouTube.
The achievement adds to Burna Boy’s growing list of international streaming records. In July, he was reported to have attracted 644 million monthly audience views on YouTube Music, making him the highest-ranked Nigerian act among the platform’s leading Nigerian artistes at the time.
