2027: AMAC/Bwari Aspirant, Comr Ifeanyi Igwe, Hails NDC Screening Process

Aspirant for the AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency seat, Come Ifeanyi Igwe, has commended the leadership of the Nigeria Democratic Congress for conducting what he described as a transparent, credible and merit-driven screening process ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking shortly after the exercise, Igwe noted that the screening reflected the party’s commitment to internal democracy, accountability and fairness, while also strengthening confidence among party members and supporters across the country.
He further admonished young Nigerians to actively participate in politics, stressing that politics remains central to national development and governance.
According to him, “Politics shapes our national life. Young people must get involved in the political process if they truly desire change and a better future for Nigeria.”
The AMAC/Bwari aspirant also called on youths, women and all well-meaning Nigerians to register for and protect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the 2027 elections, insisting that the power to determine the nation’s future lies in the hands of the electorate.
Igwe expressed confidence that the “OK Ticket” would enjoy massive support nationwide and eventually emerge victorious in the race to Aso Rock come 2027.
Speaking on his legislative agenda, the aspirant promised to provide quality legislative oversight and sponsor people-oriented bills that would improve the lives and welfare of residents of the AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency.
He also pledged to facilitate and implement impactful constituency projects aimed at addressing critical needs in infrastructure, education, healthcare, youth empowerment and community development across the constituency.
Political stakeholders believe that the growing involvement of youths and grassroots mobilization efforts may significantly influence the outcome of the 2027 general elections as political activities continue to gather momentum nationwide.
