Former France international Emmanuel Petit has delivered a scathing assessment of the French national team’s performance following their 2-0 defeat to Spain in the semi-finals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, claiming Didier Deschamps’ side looked “too nervous” throughout the encounter.
