Prince Ikechukwu Oloto, a popular political figure in Enugu State better known as Okanga Moo, has reportedly been killed by unknown gunmen in Nsukka Local Government Area of the state.
Oloto was allegedly attacked inside his residence in Odenigbo, Nsukka, on Thursday evening. Reports on the incident remain limited, while the identities of the attackers and their motive have not been established.
The development was also reported by social media influencer Sen. Chijinkem Ugwuanyi, who said in a Facebook post that Oloto was attacked at his residence. However, details of the circumstances surrounding the killing could not be independently verified at the time of reporting.
Ugwuanyi wrote that Oloto, also known as “Okanga Mo,” was killed at his Odenigbo residence by unknown gunmen. Reports circulating online also alleged that the attackers used a knife during the incident.

Historical reports identify Oloto as a political figure who participated in the activities of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Enugu State. In 2017, Vanguard listed him among party members suspended by the state chapter during an internal dispute.
