Detained Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader Nnamdi Kanu has reacted to a call by a United States congressman urging the Nigerian government to release him, describing the development as a moment when “history beckons.”
Kanu’s response came after the American lawmaker reportedly appealed for his freedom, arguing that resolving the case could help foster peace, dialogue, and stability in Nigeria’s South-East.
