Tinubu’s APC endless complicity: Terrorists Murder Mother and Six Children in Fresh Kano Attack

PUBLIC STATEMENT
The latest brutal killing of a mother and her six innocent children in a fresh terrorist attack in Kano is another heartbreaking reminder of Nigeria’s deepening security collapse. At a time when the nation is bleeding, Nigerians deserve leadership that is present, compassionate, and visibly engaged with the pain of ordinary citizens.
It is profoundly troubling that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu continues to exhibit an alarming disconnect from the suffering of the people. The repeated silence, delayed responses, and absence of genuine empathy in the face of mass casualties send a dangerous message—that Nigerian lives are becoming statistics rather than sacred responsibilities.
At a moment when families are being wiped out, communities displaced, and citizens living in fear, Nigeria needs a leader who speaks promptly, visits affected families, consoles the grieving, reassures the country, and shows moral leadership. What we see instead is a pattern of cold detachment—an endless failure to acknowledge the gravity of these atrocities and the emotional wounds inflicted on the nation.
We condemn this continued lack of empathy and call on the President to rise above political calculations and show the human sensitivity that leadership demands. Nigeria is crying out for direction, healing, and courage. Silence is not leadership. Indifference is not governance. The country needs urgent action, transparent communication, and visible compassion.
This tragedy in Kano must not be another headline that fades into the noise of insecurity. It must be a turning point—where the government finally recognizes that every Nigerian life matters, and that empathy is not optional; it is a duty.
