Among the most notable recent reunions are those involving actress Tonto Dikeh and social media personality Bobrisky, as well as actress Iyabo Ojo and fashion designer Toyin Lawani.
Dikeh recently rekindled her relationship with Bobrisky in a move that attracted significant attention on social media. The actress celebrated Bobrisky’s birthday with an emotional message and a N2m gift, referring to the social media personality as her “brother” and “anchor”.
She also shared evidence of the financial gift, adding a personal touch to the birthday celebration. Bobrisky subsequently acknowledged the gesture and expressed appreciation for Dikeh, suggesting that the relationship between the former friends had entered a new phase.

On September 23, Ojo shared photographs of herself with Lawani on Instagram alongside a message reflecting on their relationship. She suggested that genuine friendships may experience difficult periods but can ultimately survive disagreements and periods of separation.
Lawani responded warmly, providing further indication that the two women had reconciled.
Their friendship reportedly became strained during their involvement in the reality television programme The Real Housewives of Lagos. Tensions were associated with Ojo’s relationship with Laura Ikeji, with Lawani’s support for Ikeji reportedly contributing to disagreements between the two women.
Ojo had also accused Lawani of gossiping about her, an allegation that further contributed to the deterioration of their relationship. The disagreement eventually led to the two celebrities unfollowing each other on Instagram.
Their reunion has therefore attracted attention from fans who had followed both their friendship and subsequent fallout.
The developments involving the two sets of celebrities have once again highlighted the complicated nature of relationships in Nigeria’s entertainment industry, where personal disagreements can quickly become matters of public discussion because of social media and intense fan interest.
