The video, created independently and without commission, showcases the early history of IBTC—now Stanbic IBTC—focusing on its origins and the youthful leadership team that established the institution, reportedly in their 30s. Among those referenced is Wale Edun, who was part of the founding group.
According to reports, the creator used publicly available information and artificial intelligence tools to produce the visual tribute, which has since gained traction across social media platforms.
The video has also received recognition from prominent figures, including Atedo Peterside, founder of Stanbic IBTC, who praised the initiative.
